The portal allows the entry of mandatory Safety and Security (S&S) information required to allow you to ship goods to EU Jurisdictions or the UK.
Submitting the correct information is essential for compliance with Customs requirements and therefore compulsory for every booking from 01/01/2021 , however the level of information required and whether you need to submit through this portal will differ depending on the ferry route you are using and how you book with us.
